Traill’s End Mountain Bike Camp

A great way to get your son or
daughter out riding!
The camp’s goal is to bring young Mt. Bike riders into an environment where they can meet other riders, receive informative instruction from trained mechanics, ride with top level Mt. Bike racers, and have a great time riding their bike. Our commitment is to further each campers knowledge in bike maintenance, and improve his/her skill level on their bike.
 
How Daily instruction from mechanics on the “HOW TO’S” of bicycle maintenance. Key riding concepts covered each day by one of our guest speakers, who will accompany the rides.
When Week 1: June 21st–June 25th
Week 2: July 12th-July 16th
Time 9:00am- 3:30pm
Where Meet at The Mount Washington Bike Shop. 5813 Falls Road Baltimore, Md. 21209 (campers will be transported to the local trails)
Who Youth cyclist ages 12-16. Must be comfortable riding their Mountain Bike.
Cost The fee for the camp is $369.00 per week. A $100.00 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve a spot. NO REFUNDS SPACE IS LIMITED!!!!!
 
CAMPERS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
  • A bike shop quality MOUNTAIN BIKE in good working condition. The bike must meet the safety checklist requirements prior to the 1st day of camp. Mt. Washington Bike Shop will provide the safety check free of charge to registered campers. Please get your bike in no later then the Wednesday before the week the camp starts.
  • Proper fitting HELMET. * Must comply with U.S. Safety Standards for Bicycle Helmets.
  • Water bottle cage or Camelback.
  • Cycling gloves.
  • We recommend padded cycling shorts.
 
LUNCH AND WATER BOTTLES WILL BE PROVIDED.
CAMPERS RECEIVE A T-SHIRT, WATER BOTTLE AND ENERGY BARS.
CAMPERS WILL ALSO RECEIVE CAMP PHOTOGRAPHS.
